Vision Engineering showcases a wide range of new metrology products and solutions aimed for industrial & quality assurance applications
Between 9th and 12th of May 2017, Vision Engineering exhibits at Control - an international trade fair for quality assurance. They can be found in the hall 7, stand 7400.
At the show, Vision Engineering showcases a wide range of new metrology products and solutions aimed for industrial & quality assurance applications.
The new Vision Engineering range metrology products, Swift PRO, Falcon and Hawk have high resolution HD cameras for greater edge detection capabilities, large measuring stages with even better Z-axis measuring abilities and enhanced sub stage illumination. The new Swift PRO, designed for shop floor operators and toolmakers, is a compact and simple to operate system providing quick and accurate measurement. Swift PRO is the only product on the market that offers combines video and measuring microscope technologies.
Vision Engineering will be also displaying their award winning Mantis and Lynx EVO visual inspection systems.
The Mantis range of low magnification stereo microscopes (up to 20x) offers superior comfort to the user by utilising ‘eyepiece-less’ technology. This technology provides freedom of head movement, peripheral vision and the ability to wear glasses, contact lenses or safety goggles.
The award winning Lynx EVO is a truly ergonomic high stereo microscope (up to 240x magnifications). The patented high quality optical viewer replaces conventional eyepieces. The viewer and a choice of stand designs help operators to overcome the ergonomic challenges such as eye fatigues and neck & back pains that are normally associated with traditional binocular design.
At the show, Vision Engineering will have a range of new high quality LED, ESD and UV industrial bench magnifiers with magnification ranging between 1.75x and 5.75x with multiple accessories, controllable illumination and well balanced stands offering maximum flexibility.
Since 1958, Vision Engineering products represent cutting edge technologies and ergonomics, giving customers the ability to achieve a high level of quality inspection. This also leads to improved productivity and overall staff wellbeing.
